The numbers are simple: in 2015 (the last year in your link):
500 Homicides Black on White
250 Homicides White on Black
2600 Homicides White on White
2400 Homicides Black on Black
That means: the Homicide rate compared in populations having 13% or one seventh part of the total population (PoC), “Black on White” is not 2 times (500 vs. 250) higher than White on Black, but 7 x 2 = 14 times.
Same for “Black on Black”. It does not equal White on White, but is almost 7 times higher.
No reason for concern?
Don’t have other countries comparable poverty and unemployment rates without comparable civil war zones?
